From humble beginnings, Ballingeary Pipe Band has now been seen and heard locally many times , but also now internationally, and goes from strength to strength .' The Band ' as it is affectionally known in Beal Atha An Ghaorthaidh ,plays a huge part in the culture of the local community .The founding members of the Pipe Band,many who have now passed on, would be very proud of their legacy,and to see the torch being carried forward by younger drummers and pipers.
